The dream of every family couple to have a child sometimes crashes against a problem called “infertility”. But this is not a doom: our programmes of treatment of various types of infertility, their competent selection, ongoing monitoring and consulting help most of our patients.
Sometimes the problem of infertility is solved just by administering hormonal drugs, in this case there is no need to use the complex and costly methods of assisted reproductive technologies. Our doctors never prescribe procedures not needed by the patient, but they are armed with the whole arsenal of techniques, from the basic to the most complex.
The clinic has a bank of donor oocytes and sperm and offers the programmes of surrogate maternity. We have 350 donors in our base today, and it is growing. The possibility of incubating a child with the help of a surrogate mother will give a chance to the couples who are faced with impossibility of natural conception and pregnancy.
One can also make use of the programme of delayed motherhood, which supposes vitrification of oocytes in the young age, with their further use in more mature age, for generation of embryo and conception with the use of in-vitro fertilisation. The cryoconservation of embryos in the bank of our clinic allows a woman not to be subjected to hormonal stimulation in the future, but to use the embryos remaining after the first transfer.
Our doctors pay special attention to pregnancy follow-up after in-vitro fertilization, artificial insemination and introcytoplasmic sperm injection.

Donor oocytes (ova), sperm and embryos are widely used in the world and domestic practice and throughout the world for treatment of infertility. Donor programs are one of the important areas of specialization for "Next Generation Clinic". Ten years of working experience with donors has led to the formation of an expansive base of sperm donors and frozen oocytes bank. The clinic possesses special Dewar’s vessels, safe for transportation of biological material, which allows for delivery of vitrified oocytes to any location.
Currently we use both fresh and vitrified oocytes in our programs. The advantage is that every patient is guaranteed a certain number of oocytes on the day of puncture, which assures success in the event of illness or donor withdraw from stimulation, as well as cases when oocytes extraction fails.

The clinical pregnancy rate for egg donation was 74% (no difference between anonymous and non-anonymous).

The clinical pregnancy rate for frozen embryo transfer is 37%.
In 45% of IVF cycles only 1 embryo is transferred. In 55% of cycles 2 embryos are transferred.
A "clinical pregnancy" has a pregnancy sac seen in the uterus on ultrasound exam.
The "live birth rate" is the percentage of all IVF cycles that lead to a live birth. This rate does not include miscarriage or still birth and multiple-order births such as twins and triplets are counted as one pregnancy.
