Cancellation related specifically with appointments booking and any applicable refund is subject to IVFClinicsWorldwide’s cancellation policy.

IVFClinicsWorldwide.com uses a secure and convenient method for making payments online using PayPal or bank transfer (or other payment mechanisms which we may provide from time to time). The PayPal system uses industry-leading security measures to ensure that your financial information is kept private. You do not need a PayPal account to sign up for our Membership. You may pay with your VISA, MasterCard, or American Express card through PayPal. Additional information about the PayPal payment system may be found on the PayPal Website. Subscribed users’ fees are non-refundable. Refunds will NOT be issued for any reason for any fees collected. The ONLY exception will be for appointments as described in our cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy

Deactivating Account

You may deactivate your account for any number of temporary reasons. This option gives you the flexibility to leave and come back whenever you want. If you deactivate your account:

• Some information, (ex: messages you sent), may still be visible to others.
• We save the information in your account (ex: messages, inquires, etc), just in case you want to rejoin. If you choose to reactivate your account, the information on your profile will become available once reactivated.
